What is it that makes you unique?

Every person in the world has something that makes them unique; something that splits them from the masses. What is it that you believe makes you a unique being?

No single thing makes me unique, nor, I believe,, anybody else. What makes me unique is the combination of all the things I am and do and believe and succeed at and fail at and learn and know and don't know. Etcetera.
I could have said my singing voice, but there are thousands of others with voices as good or better; my intelligence, but there are thousands of people more intelligent than I; my writing or songwriting skills, but there are thousands of people better at both than I am. The same for anything I could think of as unique.

I'm sorry, are you suggesting I am selling myself short? ROFLMAO. I am a brilliant singer, highly intelligent and educated, and a successful songwriter. I am also a professional standard cook. Far from selling myself short, most people would call me arrogant about my abilities.
BUT, there are many many other people who are as good as or better at all those things as I am, so those do not make me unique. Understanding that also reduces the degree to which I am arrogant, although I'm still far better than most people at the things I do well.
Losing your leg does not make you unique; giving 110% does not make you unique. Driving a large truck while an amputee does not make you unique - there are olympic amputee sportspeople with greater skills than that. We are ALL unique simply by being the person we are.

eveyone has something that is more unique about them than someone else. two months to the day of my 16th bithday , i lost my leg to cancer.i decided right then and there it was going to be a game for me for as long as i lived. i also promised the man upstairs that if he would let me live that i would always give 110%.i am very unique for those attributes in me , but so are you for those that you have. if you bring someone happiness or make them forget something bad for just a moment then that is how you are unique.oh bye the way,i drive a 70 ton rock truck 60 hours a week. NEVER sell yourself short.

I think that each person has athink who makes them unique, so, there are some people who think that don´t have nothing special in this world and for that reason dosen´t enjoy their lives. I´m unique becouse i enjoy the little things in the live more than the bigger events.

You are so right, sometimes the little things make all the difference and it is so important to see your own uniqueness, otherwise there is nothing to work towards you know. Otherwise, you are just caught up in the same old rat race.

Each person is unique by virtue of being who they are. They do not have to achieve anything unique or do anything unique they are unique simply by being who they are. You should always be true to yourself and honour yourself and revel in just being alive.

Not only am I the only me I know of, I work hard at being the best me I can be! Over the years, I've gotten pretty good at being me.
