At first I thought I hate chinese food. When I started making food I realized that I have learned to cook a lot of chinese recipes like spring rolls, noodles and so on. Chinese food is great influence in our culture. Every time we go and eat I always tell my husand that I would prefer chinese food. How much do you love chinese food?

Hi mel, What a sweetheart you are. I just adore chinese food. In fact just last night I made Stir Fry with beef. I like to use beef because it has the most flavor. Any time I can get chinese food I am all over it. I can't wait to check out your recipes. Thanks Mel. leenie

Thanks for the response. Have you tried mixing canton noodles and soybean noodles with sausage, pork, black mushroom, and tofu is one superb noodle dish. Sprinkle it with veges like cabbage, carrot and beans makes it more deliciously healthy. My mom loves to cook noodles and the secret I noticed with her canton noodle is a lot of black pepper. Did youi know that?;-) Take care.

I like chinese food, but I can't make a lot of it myself, I can make noodles and that's about it. If I want chinese food, then I'll order a takeaway. I don't like a lot of it, but vegetarian chow mein and spring rolls are to die for! I'd really like to be able to make a lot more of it myself, but it seems to be a rather fiddly food, especially things like spring rolls, to prepare at home. It's easier to just call up the local delivery place and have them bring it over.

I would most of the time prefer making it myself in that way I can develop my creativity with food. Anyway I have all the time in the world to make because I'm staying home most of the time.

Nothing is too much or too less. When you get to like certain kind of foods and you crave for them and then you learn how to cook them then that's good. However if you keep on cooking or eating the same kind of foods of course you'll get tired of them and you'll tend to crave for other kind of foods. I know a lot of chinese foods but i don't always prefer to have them. I like french, italian pasta and also some filipino foods. We sometimes get chinese take out. It's good to have a variety of foods. Remember that Chinese foods are very oily which is not good healthwise. Bon appetit all the same :)

You're exactly right. Moderation is very important when it comes to food intake. I really don't cook them everyday maybe one or twice a week and on special occasions. Thanks for the comment. Happy My Lotting!;-)

I love Chinese food. It's my dad, who introduced me to it. If I could, I'd eat chinese food at once or twice a week.

Chinese food is great I agree. Its probly on my mind everyday. Between the sweet and sour chicken to the general tso's chicken, crab ragoo, rice, lomein noodle.. ah it's so great, I could eat it everyday well almost. I dont know how to make it so I buy the kind from walmart or go out to eat. Ive been told the worst and most disgusting places is buffets cause they have bugs and strange things in there food. But I admit there my favorite places to get it bc you have all sorts of choices.
