Cheating During Exam, Is it a Wrongdoing or Is it Clever?

Recently there are a lot of ways to cheat during examination. Many of them are very clever in seeking a tricks, ideas to pass into the exam hall without get busted. What do you think?

it looks like unfair.the cheating one maybe get a high score and get scholarship,but the one who works hard maybe get a little lower than the cheating one and lose the chance of getting scholarship.i hate cheating, especially,i hate the first one who "invent" cheating, he made more unfair in examination.

HEHE...I want to,because the people around me are all cheating, they will change my mind more or less.but i haven't ever done.you know,i'm a "lazy" girl,if cheating,you will write many words of knowladge on a very small paper(in my college,it's a popular mathod),i'm lazy to write more words down,so i would rather remember the knowlage in my cerebra.i believe my capability.also,i am very timid,im afraid of caught.to cheat,i'd rather truancy:)

Hi Lulu, I hate also cheat in exam. During my study, I answered my question based on my capability of knowledge. It is ok if I get lower than others, as long I know what I capable of. From that point, I can measure where is my level of capability. Thanks for your respond. p/s : Did you ever cheat in exam?

Of course, it's wrongdoing. When you speak of being clever, it refers to having a strategy on how you will answer your exam by simply looking for clues in your exam environment without cheating codes or leakage. Sometimes, some answers on the quiz paper are found in the paper itself. Sometimes, you can make use of your things to find the answer (for example, in geometry, when you were being asked of the angle of 3:00, definitely, if you have a watch, you will surely determine). That is not cheating. If you have a piece of paper containing formulas or concepts with you or you tried to have a sneak preview of your classmate's test paper, that's the time you will commit a sin.

Actually, I'm the ones being cheated in exams. Some of my classmates in high school always arrange a deal with me before the start of the exam. OK, fine, I let them copy, but once I finished answering, I go to sleep and when I rest my head on the table, they cannot copy anymore :P. It's really against my principles. Though, I admit, I tried it once but it is to exact revenge to those cheaters who also cheated to me. However, I still study for my own sake. And just like what I've said, when I do not know some answers, I try to look for it in the paper and in my environment. But then, there was an instance, when I was in grade school, I was vindicated as cheating due to this. But I think, I did not cheat in this case because I just did find my way to answer an item in the exam. Perhaps, the teacher has just not understood me XD Oh, well, how unfair life is...

My Dear Friend Cheating in Exams is really a wrong doing . I think so because cheating can make you pass exam in your school or college but once you are over with student life you will find tough to address `practical problems of life since you won't have any way to cheat lol. Any types of cheating is wrongdoing and same is fro examination also. No doubt only clever persons can cheat without being caught either it is examination, dealing with friends or in a business. Cheating deprives others from their rights. For example cheating eaxm may cause to one have better result but depriving others who would have been there in course of normal way if the cheating person did not occupy that. It is like jumping the queue. A person may suceed or doo better by cheating, but when he is in practical life work the tricks may not work and he or she may be great looser.

I don't think it is a advisable action .If someone is really clever ,they need't cheat in the exam,If they put more energy in the exam, I think the exam will be easily passed.

Hi friend, Yes it is tru, it was not an advisable action and it was wrong deed. I was looking it in a different perspective which is cheating is kind of survival need to certain group.

It's surprising on how many tricks in the book there is on cheating in exams. In my opinion I think it is totally wrong to cheat.I've never cheated in any of my tests. But yeah, there are those individuals that are to lazy to learn and therefore they will rely on their cript notes to get them through the year.

Hi friend, Never cheat in the exam is a very good deed. I salute you my dear friend. For those who are cheating in exam, maybe they can achieve their goal for instantly. However, they do not get anything in their basic knowledge because they are empty.

I feel the answer of this question lies in the viewpoint If u r ethical person then the idea is repulsive & completely stupid But if u think about it it's an art actually cheating in the exam & actually getting away with i personally hate copying but i think in some cases it's necessary & i dont hate people who copy ... While copying does cause harm to people who work hard but their conscience remains clear !! While well the cheater's may or may not .!! Please rate the response :)

I think its clever but I also think its wrong. People who are smart enough to find ways to cheat should just focus on using their smartness to study and not to cheat. They will be ones to suffer in the end anyway. People go to school to learn and if they cheat during exams then they are actually just cheating themselves from being able to learn.

Cheating makes one thing in my life so contradicting, when I was a student I used different tactics to cheat but now that I'm a teacher I don't like my students to cheat and they make some comments to me that I'm the only teacher that they have difficulty to cheat on maybe because I'm an experienced cheater before.

Hi Teacher, Experience is one of the best teacher anyway. Go rock teacher. You have some experience in cheating,then now you become anti-cheater,like antivirus. You can trace the cheats from the cheaters. Yeah... Somehow chetaing is beneficial also,as an experience.

As for me, I consider that if you didn't succeed to learn because whatsoever, you have an ally you can count on :D it's called Cheating ;) I admit it, I have cheated at some exams that were very difficult to learn. In Romanian folklore there is a saying, and I will give it to you in English : The thief that is not caught , it's a respectable gentleman. LOL you got to love that saying :))Cheers! I don't think cheating is a advisable action. If these people is really clever ,they needn't to cheat in the exam . In fact,they should put these enery in their study ,I think they could pass the exam easily.

I think cheating is just an evolutionary tactic. We cheat to create better results which in the long run make our lives easier. As animals we always are in competition with one another to prove our worth. Cheating is morally wrong, but naturally fine. I suggest you outwit who you can, but do not try to lie if you get caught.

Hi there, thanks for your respond to my discussion. I agree with you that cheating is wrong. Here, I put it a different perspective i.e a way of thinking. Besides, exam is about answer and question, a problem solving. Therefore, many people will strive to get it solved, answered. and maybe cheat also one of the problem solver,in this topic. Besides, people today are more creative and critical thinking about many things. In this topic, we can see about the creativeness of them finding a solution to answer the question in the very easy way.
