alone....

i feel this way sometimes too just to be out of the crowd and be myself alone. it is a great way for me to reflect on myself and just be myself. not wanting to talk or be borther, feels good to be inside my little world

Frequently, I am. That's because I'm introverted. It feel like I can single-handedly handle everything. But I often find myself left alone when the need to "connect" to people comes unexpectedly. Though being alone and being lonely are different, it's just that being always alone tends towards loneliness. No one likes the latter--trust me.

There are times when I feel that way too. All I want is to lock myself in my room so that I can concentrate in my work. or when I am too tired after work, I lock myself in our bedroom so I can have the chance to unwind. I thinks its just normal, even healthy to want to have some "me" time. Whenever I am stressed and I do not get enough time alone, I get so crabby and irritable. Its not beneficial to other people also.

I prefer to be alone in the house sometimes so I could finish lots of chores without having to bother about what food I will prepare for the family. For this, I find it a big break when my hubby and son would go somewhere together and I am the only one left at home. I really could accomplish a lot of chores when alone. In my office, I prefer to be alone in doing my writing jobs and avoid telephone calls or any visitors coming inside my office. I hate having unfinished job because somebody came in just to chit chat or somebody called just to gossip. Time is gold and every second must count. I can't afford to waste the most precious commodity of all.

I truly feel this way very often. In seclusion I am the most active and productive in what I need to get done. However company always keeps me entertained so I try to balance the two.
