Fibromyalgia

I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I'm still not convinced that I really have it and not something else. I have IBS, Migrain headaches, all-over body pain and terrible fatigue. Can anyone else relate to this?

Both my mother and my mother in law have fibromyalgia. I have seen this condition really hurt them. There are days when my mother can not get out of bed due to the fatigue. I have seen them be in alot of pain as well. They do not get headaches though. It is not an easy thing to live with. I hope you all the best.
