is it okey for a guy to wear something pink and lavender?

well, it doesn't really matter if a guy wears pink and lavender. fashion is revolving and people doesn't mind if guys wear pink or lavender shades. i won't mind seeing my boyfriend wearing those colors. LOL.

I have a pink dress shirt that I wear all the time. It is a light pink, long-sleeve, button-up. I have a black pair of pants that I usually wear with it, but it also looks OK with khakis...

I think pink is a very girly color. I remember the movie, "My sassy girl". The girl teased the guy for wearing pink. Nowadays, guys can wear any color they want. There are no gender preferences now. It probably depends on the style of the clothes now and not on the color anymore.

yes! why not? nowadays color is not an issue when it comes to fashion. for as long as you can bear what you wear. at the same time you know how to carry your self. its the self esteem that matters not the color of your shirt or what! be blessed

For me, it's ok, since nowadays it doesn't matter anymore for guys to wear in pink or lavender. If you feel that you look good in that colour, then just go ahead. It really not a matter, sometimes i do find man in pink looks good. But if the T-shirt style is girlish, then it's not ok for me ;-)

I find it really sexy if a man can wear girly colors for their clothes. It shows how confident a man is and I think men who have the guts of wearing pink and lavander are not insecure with their sexuality.

well i had just gone shopping the other day and the same thought crossed my mind when i saw a very ugly looking pink t.shirt worn by this guy who also had come shopping and i thought that can men wear the colour pink or lavender? i used to do a lot of fashipn designing of my own ... though i never really concentrated on mens fashion that much unless a friend came up to me and wanted something done as i was always the creative one but i think there is nothing wrong in wearing pink or lavender but it all depends on your skin colour and your attitude as you have to carry it off too....you have to look comfortable in the colour and shouldnt look flashy on you...its not that the colour is flashy all the time but a persons skin tone can also make it look very flashy.... a light coloured pink shirt... full sleeves buttoned up would look very classy onmen who are fair or wheatish in colour....and if the man was a little ont he darker side then he could wear a brighter shade of the colour..... but thats when you really have to carry it off as when the skin tone becomes darker the colours become brighter to enhance your look.... for darker people i would recommend some dark purple/magenta.... all the best with your next shopping though!!

Hi! In my opinion, pink or baby blue looks very clean and neat for a guy, particularly the fair-skinned ones. I guess fashion these days is more experimental. It is about how one carries the clothes, and not what the clothes are. The "pink" trend on guys actually started way back but several people still joked about the idea before, making some of the guys a bit uncomfortable. Nowadays, there is free expression, and the bolder one gets in terms of fashion, the more acceptable and cool or trendy it gets. Happy myLotting!

I dont like the color before, coz when i was in college I' used to associate the color with maarte girls in the campus. I always see them wearing pink blouses and pink shoes and pink bags and all pink and i thought they looked silly with all the pinks on. But when I already worked and someone gave me a pink shirt, then i have somehow changed the notion about the color. Its not about its a girly color but its the attitude and the way one carries it.
