Do you like tea?

Yes, I am a tea drinker, infact, I prefer tea over coffee. My favorite among teas is green tea, the one that manufactured by Lipton. I read many articles about green tea that it is a very effective cleansing agent for internal organs, so everyday, Green tea is part of my evening meal. green tea is also rich in catechins, a subgroup of polyphenols antioxidant that fight against cancer and other chronic diseases. It is anti-inflammation also and fights free radical, the main cause of premature aging. so with green tea, I know that I am clean and safe. With coffee, I don't believe that it has antioxidant property, since polyphenols dont stay longer in food especially if it passes the brewing process. Green tea did not pass brewing process, but coffee yes.

Love tea! drink it almost every night. always have a few cups of tea while I am at work.. I like the black/and pekoe combination.. my favorite brand is Red Rose. I love the flavor.

I love tea and cannot fail to start my day with a simmering cup of tea. As for th type, we settle forthe grren tea at home. However at office, coffee drinking is more prevalent.

I do like tea. Then one that i like is jasmine tea because of it fragrance. I drink tea every day during breakfast and that includes green tea.
