Work can be a stressful place, wherever you earn your living, whether in an office, a factory, in a technical place, even in school. Some stress is good. It motivates us and makes us stronger. Too much stress is bad. It makes us irrational and it can, quite literally, kill us. Please share with us some specific things you do that will help reduce your stress at work and better cope with it.

I don't understand people who don't take lunches and/or breaks. They help me get away for a short breather so I'm less stressed. Sometimes I walk on my lunches or breaks and that helps too! Laughing helps also, I have a co-worker who makes me laugh a lot!

To partly ensure that I do not get stress at work, I try to find a job that I like, if not love, and which has significant meaning to my family, community, society.
Once I get the job, I try my best to find the things which are exciting and the things that are boring. With the most boring, I try to find the best and fastest way of doing it. This serves to make it more interesting and challenging.
I will set high standards for both the exciting and boring, and try to reach them.
Moreover, I will make sure that I have adequate sleep and rest before and after work, adequate nutrition before, during and after work, etc. I also make sure that I begin the day with a positive attitude.
With these, my work becomes enjoyable. It becomes play.

Although short breaks, exercises and walks can help. I think the best stress buster would be to share a few jokes and laugh for a while along with a few colleagues. I have found this to be most effective in helping to reduce the stress at the work place.

hi!
break and lunch helps reduce stress. a little chit-chat from co-employees is really good. but my usual stress buster is the net. when I'm stress I just post in different forums, post in myLot. or just talk to a friend.
have fun

I really agree that work is a stressful place...daily routine of our work can make us feel so stressful if you set your mind and focusing on your work without time for ourself to rest for a while. Base on my true experience being a stressful,I sometimes feel so sensitive. I have no mood to talk with my co-worker, I want to be alone. Your attitude towards your co-worker is not good for them. My advice is we need a break.....first things to do is just relax and unwind just to cope for the stress. Plan to have an outing with your family and friends they are the one who make your stress heal...time to enjoy, talk, laugh with them and time for yourself to refresh from stressful. God bless!
