Do you have sinus problems or allergies?

Yes I have suffered sinus for so many years now.. At the moment I am suffering BIG TIME. Just hate it..!

I started having allergy problems about 15 years ago. Although they are seasonal I can be down for the count unless I use an allergy med.

Yes, Severelly. I havent checked with the doctor, but for the past 2 years, atleast 1 of my nostrils have been blocked. I have gotten used to it but i prefer to breath out of both.

I have migrain problem. It comes to me about two to three times a year. But its very heavy, I mean the pain is so intense that, I cannot describe. I have tried lot many medicines so far, but found none that is effective.

I have sinus problems and allergies big time..I live in Sacramento the valley...of northern cali...it stinks..when I moved here 10 years ago..the hell broke loose and I started getting allergies..never had it before.. right now I am battling a sinus infection..and I don't wish that on anyone...

I have really bad flaky skin. I don't know what causes it. Whether it is a food allergy or something else.

So did I. I didn't even realize I had allergies until a couple of years ago when I was driving in the country and the road was surrounded by goldenrod. My eyes and sinuses were so bad I couldn't see to drive, but once I got past it they cleared up. I started using an exclusive brand of products in my home and that helped a lot. They don't contain the chemical irritants that store brands do, so it minimizes the allergens in my home, thus relieving me of the symptoms.
