Swimming - Do you like it as an exercise?

No doubt,swimming is a great exercise.Do you know swimming and use it for exercising?Who taught you to swim? Are you good at swimming?I only know ,how to come up,from under the water level.And I had no further chance to learn.I just envy people seen swimming.

one way to reduce weight and maintain your body shape is swimming. swimming not only helps in reduction of weight but also increase concentration and mental stability also helps in controlling your breath. swimming on a frequent basis helps in understanding the nature of our body... doctors recommend swimming for healthy well being...

Hey its cool to answer all your questions because it is about swimming which is my fav hobby...
i love swimming and i think it is a good exercise. moreover i also think that it is a good way to burn out your fats. i was taught swimming by by college trainer and i practice regularly.
yes ofcourse, i am very good at swimming and i love doing it... although it made me a bit tan but yet i enjoy the sport.
You can learn swimming at any age my friend... so its never too late..

i have been swimming since i was taught by my dad when i was young.
i dont really use it as a form of exercising, and usually just go to the pool to play with my younger brothers.
i'm not really a good swimmer, but i feel that this is a good thing to learn as you will never know when you will need the skill.

Swimming is the best sport ever. I like going to practice because I can escape. It is one of the best workouts you could get, it builds TONS of muscle, and builds lung capacity. I get to do it with my friends, and in the summer time it is like the funniest thing ever! but most of all I like swimming because it is really fun . I love swimming more and more every day.
