Do you wait until the last minute?

Are you known for waiting until the last minute to buy what you need for a holiday meal? Here I am, one day before Thanksgiving, and I haven't bought anything. I'm ready now to get to the store and hopefully all the spiral turkeys aren't gone! I have to go about 35 minutes to the store that carries the one we like. I also want to get a turkey breast and it will probably have to be thawed. I didn't have time over the weekend to get it and I really meant to go yesterday. But a bout with inner ear kept me from leaving home because I was scared to drive by myself. And my husband didn't get in from work in time to go with me,not that I felt like it anyway. Well, I'll go check to see if they have everything I need for tomorrow, and, if they don't, then perhaps we'll just have cold cuts. Sure would be much quicker and easier and less of a mess to clean up. But we enjoy it!

I like to buy things when I need them and I have no special ability to predict when things need to be bought. I do not prepare the meals here but I do buy provisions for my workers so I cannot afford to wait until the last minute. Cheers!!
