well according to me best torrent site is torrentbits.ro... but now the registration is closed.... if you are willing to pay then you can join... try mininova.com or bitsoup.org...

ho I use utorrent, now the speed of doenload will depend on the number of seeds on the software , movie or album, its pretty fast I would say. also you must have a good antivirus because as its a sharing place you can also download malware. good luck!:)
