What do you use to season your hamburgers? I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, minced onion, and a secret ingredient. So what do you use to season your hamburgers?

Sometimes I only use salt. Most of the time I add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Sometimes I use Emeril's Essence that I bought. It just really depends. If I am in the mood to make barbecue burgers then I add some barbecue sauce to the meat and top with more sauce when it comes off the grill. Other times I might make a pizza burger and when I do that I will put garlic powder, salt, pepper, and some Italian seasonings in there. The point is, you can get really creative when making burgers and they don't have to be boring at all! Have a great day and happy myLotting!!!

I only use a little salt in my hamburger meat. Then I grill it. Mmmm...hamburger. Gonna grill some tomorrow, can't today - it's Thanksgiving. (And I hate turkey!) LOL

Hamburger seasoning. It has black pepper and salt mixed together. I like garlic on mines too. And I like to spread them with red Vidalia Onions.

kosher salt, pepper, cyan pepper, garlic, and/or whatever else I can find that might be good. Honestly I don't think I've ever made the same burger twice.
