Well since my partner and I have just started a diet which comproses of lunch and dinner of soup and homecooked bread, I won;t be cooking anything tonight, But I will be preparing some marinated mushrooms and some baked red capsicum for healthy snacks to beat the pains of hunger that will doubtless arise as this diet bites. They will go along with hard boiled eggs for protein.

Tonight i think i will make salisbury steak, brown gravy, mashed potatoes & some green beans. Possibly some macaroni & cheese as well. My son loves salisbury steaks. He asked me last night before bed if i'd make that for him tomorrow for supper. So i told him i would. He is somewhat of a picky eater too so i don't mind doing it at all lol.
Your supper sounds good too!
Happy eating.

Here in the US, we celebrated Thanksgiving. The traditional meal is turkey, potatoes, gravy and cranberries. Usually pie for dessert. My husband and I had turkey, baked potatoes gravy and asparagus.
