Water: Solution for Weight Management

Do you believe that drinking water is great to lose that unwanted fats of yours? Based from my experience. Drinking water before meals makes me eat little because I feel full already. A lot of people reach for food when they are actually thirsty. That's why they get fat. I suggest you have a drinking bottle in handy so anytime you feel the urge to eat between meals, you could take it first. ooooh, id love to try that! :-) aw well, i did but i still loved the food better.but i will be serious about it next time. ty for the advice

how short is that period of time actually because i'd really love to try...:-) i admit wanting instant results but not this time around. i wanna do something with utmost dedication and patience. IM kind of overweight if you base it upon the DBW (desirable body weight.) im 130 lbs and 5'2" in height. So IM really kind of in excess.
