Webcam & Bluetooth

Dears, I have a an acer Extensa 5220 laptop but I don't have the right driver for bluetooth and webcam. when my webacam is intalled during shut dow it gets hanged. So where I can find the right drivers or a free driver detector agent to update my drivers.
