Early morning..between 4am-6am,it's quiet, and when you're in the right position, you can watch the sunrise.

I would say late at night. When it is all quiet inside the house. It is good to have a few hours of silence for yourself. This is the time I catch up with my reading. I also do a lot of thinking, analyzing and decision making.
