How important is it for you to get married?
For me personally, I don’t find it important at all, only that I am happy in my relationship with my partner.
My partner has told me that he would like to get married one day, and I am fine with that, but he knows that I don’t find it an important part of life to have the wedding day.
I do believe that marriage is an important thing in general, for example, I do not believe in divorce (personal belief and nothing to do with religion) I feel that if you get married, you stay married to that person till you die, even if you split up, the vows should not be broken (please remember though this is my personal view, and I do not expect others to agree with me).
When I was younger, I never dreamed of the big church wedding, or of the white dress, infact when I was younger I never even considered marriage at all, so even now I don’t see it as an important thing for me to do.
But how about you guys, is it important for you to get married?

Hi there!
I also don't find marriage an important thing in my life. Not that I don't want to get married it's just that I am not in a hurry to get tied up. I also wouldn't mind if I don't get married at all.
I think importance of marriage depends on one's purpose. If a persons purpose is to have a family of their own then marriage is essential to him/her. Sometimes also marriage is mistakenly thought of to be the source of one's happiness. I believe one can be happy in his/her own way.
Ciao!
