hot flushes

Is there any ladies out there who are suffering from hot flushes due to meonopause or hormonal inbalances? I have them and they are making life very difficult. I don't want to start Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) because of the increase chances of getting cancer; I'm not sure what other treatments are out there. Any ideas anyone?

I am not experiencing this problem, but I know a friend who was going through hot flushes. She went online and found a product that was made of natural herbs. She did order it, and started taking them and said that they worked and she was not experiencing the flushes that much. Maybe you can go online and see if there is something there that can help you.
