How to increase traffic on my blog!!!!!!!!

I don't know how long you have been building your blog, but don't expect it to take off over night. It takes time to build a reputation and get return visitors. Make sure you give your readers a reason to come back. Offer some advice that is updated daily or at least make sure your content is updated daily. Try to individualy write to a couple visitors each day thanking them for visiting. This will gain you respect and lets people know you are human and makes them more likely to support you. Create a poll asking people what features they would like to see on your blog. There are endless ways to get more traffic to your site. Don't just use traffic exchanges, this traffic is OK if you only need hits, but it don't really build a loyal group of followers. That should be your ultimate goal, people looking forward to visiting your blog everyday for a new post. Good luck on your blog, stop by my profile it you need any help with getting more traffic.

The most significant thing you can do is to make it worth reading and worth coming back to. It is important to read other people's blogs and to cross link to them (this looks good to search engines). You can also leave comments in other people's blogs linking to yours but NEVER spam - always make your comments valid, useful and relevant, only leaving your URL if it's useful to the comment ("I also wrote about this some weeks back, see ..."). I'd recommend that you read John Chow's blog and Mike's Moneymaking Mission which both have very good advice and examples on how to encourage traffic.
