Distance RElationship...will it works ??????

A friend of mine is having this situation right now. having a distance relationship with a guy that she met six months back. She put up everything in this relationship. Time, money and whole heart. Now that the guy is going to work in a dive boat in another country again, its impossible to maintain the communication. He is not really into long term relationship but she like him so much. He is just the man that she has dream of. Just like an answer of prayer. She refused to end the relationship. Therefore the relationship did not end it but he wants total freedom of his life which means he will be free to move from place to place. Not sure what to do now whether she let go the relationship but she loves him...

Distance relationship works for some...and i agree because i have been into a long distance relationship for 5 years plus before i get married with the same guy. It is hard actually. This kind of relationship should have some ingredients of true love, honesty, communication, trust and patience...these factors will work I'm sure!
In your friend's case it's hard since the guy need more space. Tell your friend to give that guy a little space because if he really loves your friend, then he will come back and be with your friend forever in time. Maybe it is not yet the right time...time can tell if they are really meant to be!

Distance relationship is hard for me. I could not having distance relationship. Maybe at most 1 year for me if i'm going to have a distance relationship. This just my opinion. My friend can have distance relationship. He talk in phone with her gf for a few hours everyday. They still as sweet as their relationship begin. Different people different opinion. Maybe works for someone but not at all.
