Spending while going for shopping

When you go for shopping do you have a fixed amount of money that you spend if so have you ever exceeded that limit or you dont have a fixed amount.

Actually, sometimes i do have fixed amount and sometimes i do not have. Either way i can still manage my budget although there are really times that i spend more than what i expect to spend. It is hard but if the things you have bought are really worth and useful then i think it is cool and nothing to worry unless you make purchases with your credit card and go overboard.
