When will nano be launched?

There has been lot of specualtion that the much awaited car from the Tata, The Nano would be launched anywhere in the end of 2008. Does anybody have the idea when will it be launched?

i think, it will lounch in 2009.it delays becouse of Singoor conspiracy and as the financial crisis in america affected whole world, it is very likely that tata might delay it more. though Gujrat gov has given many facilities to tata.

It would have been nice if launched now. I was thinking to buy one. What do you say? Is it worth buying one.

Now we can only expect the launch of nano in the next month or in feb 09 only
