Which country has the lowest living costs

Must be a place that has a low economy!.. such as Bangladesh, Eritria, or even Laos or Viet-nam. But of the so called "modern world".. if you take into consideration food lodging, social programs, crime, health quality and food..etc.. I would have to say Cuba is Amoungst the TOPS!! However one must adjust to their way of government. Thailand is also a great place to live for very little money , and so is India.
