hi everyone...actually i am interested to have my own website..how i need to create my own website?Do i can create my a website for free??

yes i am agree with you that you can get every thing free but at the end of the day...you are giving...if you are joing eblogger you are promoting blogspot ....but if you want your own site you with out any subdomain name you have to invest.. because you will be owner

owning the website is a good option but it cant be done without paying money. you have to pay money to start your sitebecause you have to submit it to server to load it world wide which is charged.
there is other costs involved in it
designing cost
web hosting
domain mame registration cost
maintanance cost

you are right but then these free service will add their name with your domain mame. like fastearn4u.blogspot.com
here though they are giving u all bloging free but adding blogspot with your site name as well.

you can try NVU Website builder, Bluevoda Website Builder and take basic help from
MS Frontpage. try to read some theories on sites,webpages,hosting,domain registration to be more efficient in personal website building. to make your website more nice looking you can use gif animating soft and ulead photoimpact.
