Do you think I can get into trouble if I post the same review for multiple review sites? I registered under the same name, same profile, original review, and everything else except I repost them elsewhere.

some sites are okay with it,some are not sharedreview are not, but ciao and dooyoo are.

Do you think I'll be in trouble if I submit an article to SharedReviews and once it's published, I submit the same article to ciao?
If I have to choose just one, which one do you think earns me more money?

more than likely. I personally would go for sharedreview,but thats just an opinion.

I should add that those sites are mainly SharedReviews and Ciao US

There are things that you need to know first, one is, if a certain site wants a sole propriety of your article then you cannot published that to other sites except from them only. But if in their terms it don't contains that clause then you can publish part or the whole review in some sites as long as you place a note at the end or at the beginning of your review that, the same review could be found in so and so site and has the same owner or the same author of the said article. So make sure to know this first before posting to different sites.
