god sinned first by leaving his great creation{adam and eve} near a tree whose fruit is harmful{i not seen any danger in knowledge}

Eve..sinned first when she "Doubted" God,and believed the serpent as he told her she could eat from the tree,then Eve "Doubted" God again when the serpent told her that God just didn't want her to eat from it,because then she would be like God.

Sin can also start in your heart or mind w/o it being an action thru your body...thats why I say Eve's doubt-because thru her loss of faith-she sinned. Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things not seen...Hebrews11:1 When it talks about adultry,it says that if a man looks at a woman to lust after her,he has already committed adultry with her in his heart, So I would understand that to be of your thinking too,and emotions/feelings.

According to the epistle it was eve. But when you are going to consider the principle of the bible, it is man. He is the one who receives the instruction and so it is his responsibility.

Very good question ,most people would say Eve,I wont confirm or deny that but if Adam hadnt given in then maybe it wouldnt have amounted to a sin and we definitely wouldnt be in this mess.
