Have you ever been told you not welcome because of your cat or dog?

No I have never been told that, but it would not sit well with me because our little Maltese is "Our Kid", I'm sorry but that's the way it is. My dog is papered trained, clean and very quiet. Anytime I go anywhere with her she just wants to be held. If my dog isn't welcome then I won't be going either. Thank You I am curious to see the replys' you get. I'd like to know what you did when you were told to leave your dog home. How big is your dog?

i am a college student and want to get a puppy next year, but it's hard to find an apartment that allows pets. i understand they are afraid people will mess up the rooms, but if they do, then they should just be charged for the damage afterward. instead, they ruin it for everyone and say no pets. hopefully i can find a pet-friendly apartment.

I agree with you about that it's hard to find a place that except dogs or at's

That is not nice. Do you bring your dog to other peoples house a lot? Maybe they are allergic to them or maybe your dog misbehaves.
I would invite those people to your house instead daisy and then your pets can be themselves. Take care and nice to meet you.
