I have to take some rest

Though I am sick I am still here in front of computer,mylotting and doing other stuffs...But hey,this doesn't do any good for me.My ill feeling only gets worst so I really need to take a rest.A good rest so I can recuperate soon.Rest for me is really necessary. When you're very sick and not feeling so well,what do you do?Do you take a good rest?

hi, bestie when i am sick, i do not like staying at home because it makes me feel more sick i still go to the office and try not to do too much. i just like to take a bath and dress for work and be at the office so that i would not feel worse. take it easy ok? have a great day!

Yes, I do take rest. Take medicine, lay on couch and rest. And most of the time, it is sleeping. When you sleep enough, the body is able to recover better. So it is always medicine, rest and sleep.

Hi dear Well sure u need rest and change in environment anmd routines Dont sit in front of Computer, just go and relax and enjoy the life. Get well soon. Thats what i do, i try to take day off, dont sit in front of computer, avoid taking phone and just Relax, give rest to my mind, eyes and ears Take care

I do take a good rest when i am not feeling very well. So, i think that is just the right thing for you to do my friend. I hope that after you have rested that you will be up and well again. sometimes our body just can't take enough of the stress that we encounter everyday of our life. Take care.

Hi bestie, I think that you should rest a little and keep mylotting when you feel better, I sometimes rest a little when I feel a little sick but sometimes it's hard to be away a minute from internet and chatting and mylotting, right now I should take a sleep and go to work tomorrow but I don't want to leave the computer. lol
