do you ever feel depressed in your life? i'm not satisfied with my current status. Ordinary work and trivial things are full of my daily life. i ask myself in my mind about what should i do and how to start my career in thirty ages. i need others'suggestions.do you have good ideas?

well,i've also depressed about my life now.i've dreamed of becoming a postgraduate student.now my dream come true.but it doesnt like what i dream of.as you,it's full of trivial things in my schedules everyday.and i cant calm down and do my study.3 months passed away,but i didnt do anything useful.once i wanna be concentrate on my study.i cant,for many things and people interrupt me,i cant just sit down and do my job.moreover,because of global financial crisis,it is harder to find a job now.so i am wonder that is it right to get a higher degree?or i should go to work after finishing the undergraduating courses.

I suffer from severe depression. It is not fun. You have to get to know yourself well enough to know the signs that you are going into a depression. Nip it in the bud because if you don't and you get too far into it it is harder to get yourself out of it. Exercise, light therapy, positive thoughts, good food, and sometimes medications are all ways to bring yourself out of the dumrills. Work on getting back to your normal mood and then work on the rest.
