I sure the admin of one site would never provide you active members,otherwise you would submit your payout in a short time and the admin would lose. So even I want to get referrals,I would rather setting links than buying from the admin.I heard too many compaints to inactive referrals and I believe the way of selling referrals would only bring money to the site, not the buyer indeed.
