does vampires exist?

I don't believe so. Vampires are product of man's creative imagination.Our great grand fathers hand us down stories about vampires, when these are just blood-sucking fierce creatures from the evil's world, until it evolves in our modern times believing that vampires are plain humans too, but possess the same superhuman attributes like speed, stamina, and strength. hope i made some sense.

Vampires DO exist but NOT LIKE THOSE ONES..There is whats known as psychic Vamps..which is basically ppl who intentionally or sometimes unintentionally drain the energy from another (I know a couple of ppl like that)...and then of course there is the whole Vampire culture which is actually pretty interesting..My neice falls into that category...But are there ppl who turn into bats, have super strength, feed on others etc etc...no not at all...thats just Hollywood..

I believe there are other creatures than human but i don't believe that vampire exists. It is not popular in my country.

In my native Transylvania, old people will tell you that vampires used to roam on these lands in a time now long forgotten. These myths, usually perpetuated in the remote villages in the mountaneous areas, mention also the existence of other supernatural beings as lychantropes, malefic faeries, etc. Although in our days their effects are fading away from the community's common conscience, there are many reported cases of people claiming that they/their cattle were attacked by vampires or that they were seduced by insidious malefic faeries. Most of the time the victims/bodies do wear signs of a strange attack. But in order to have a clear view I should mention that remote areas of Romania are effectivelly atemporal, as people continue living in the same way they did through the Middle Ages. No electricity, no communication, just a perenial life in the wilderness. In all these communities, the priest is considered to be the keeper of the truth, and if he says that a woman should be exorcized, the villagers will tie her up and take her to the church where the priests performs the exorcization. ;;-)

Whether yes or no.. I don't know.. but i simply believe that it is the creation of the mind and its really amazing.. whether is is a delivish blood sucking creature of a handsome, young or attractive youth.. I am crazy about the vampires in the vampire movies and i get completely lost in their fair looks... I guess there is nothing more valuable than imagination and if Vampires really exists, i would rather be glad to meet them once.. ;-)
