Do you get thirsty more often in a day? I drink about 2 and a half liter of water a day. I think drinking water is good, but is it 2 1/2 liter ok? I get thirsty more often nowadays. How about you guys? How much of water you drink a day?

2 1/2 litres of water a day is just common. SO don't worry. Water is really good for healt, I hardly had the habit of drinking but now made it a point to drink a mimimum of 2 litres of water daily. If u feel that ur thirst level has increased tremendously, just have ur body sugar level tested. I'm sure u're fine. But then no harm in just having things checked and under control

I hardly ever drink water. I know I should drink more of it but I never force myself to do so. I usually drink milk or coffee and sometimes some soft drink.

Thirst is a natural protective mechanism.
It can occur if your body needs water.
Very benignly due to climate change you can get thirsty.
But there are serious diseases that are also associated with increased thirst.
Most serious and commonest is Diabetes Mellitus.
The triad od DM is polyuria, polydipsia and polyphagia.
So dont panic but be careful.
