Look at the presently ongoing crash of the world's present financial system, many countries revealed damage from the global financial crisis. It's affect almost everyone.. At this point of time hard time... Were you still do charity?? Were you still donate to the needs?? Yes, Indeed its a hard time now, but I still believes that we still care, no matter how bad the financial crisis is it.. Do you?? Have a Cheerful Day!!

I actually think it's more important to give now if you can because so many more people are in need. I'm thinking of giving to food banks/soup kitchens which I don't normally do because I know more people are going be hungry even in my own country this year. The financial crisis hasn't impacted me personally yet so I can still afford to be generous. I have to admit, though, if I was in financial trouble I would hoard every cent I had for myself...I definitely don't blame those who feel they can't afford to give to charity this year. You can still volunteer, though, even if you are out of money (although your first concern may be finding a new job which is also understandable!).

Hello, kiinin. I am not working, and I do not earn any money. Therefore, I cannot donate any money. But there are people who will keep donating, no matter how their financial situation is. No matter how broke they are, they will still donate money to charity and help their churches. I guess that people will be always finding a way to live, even if with a low income. Respectfully, Munhozmib.

Hello,Kiinin! I am a retired person and it is difficult on my part to manage day to day expenses for our maintenance with the pension. To add fuel to the problem the present economic crisis has reduced my saving capacity. So I have stopped donating to the needy people except for those who deserve actually.thanx.

Hi bbsr Oh, so you're retired.. Senior Citizen can be a great helps to the society too.. I've met many volunteer retirees who have the time to do the volunteer work... Glads that you're doing well and still be able to give to the needly ones. Warm regards
