Ciao Premium Fund Anyone ?

Does anyone know what exactly premium fund is in ciao and how they rate you ? I have gone through FAQS but did not get a good answer. Any mylotter here who has got something from premium fund ? Do we need to send email at info at ciao .com everytime after we write a review? PLease respond here !

from my understanding about the premium fund your review(s) have to be rated by at least one user as exceptional. When that happens you earn more for it... that is my general understanding of it. Sorry that's all i know hope that shed some light on your question.
