Step by step: How do you make money blogging?

So I have heard a lot of members on here talk about blogging. Now I am brand spanking new to the blogging world and am interested in learning more. My biggest question to you guys is what would you tell a Newbie such as myself on how to make money blogging. Pretend I don't' have much internet knowledge either :) So try to keep it simple please. Starting from where you look to join all the way to how you get paid for blogging :) Your help would be greatly appreciated.
