Wii Help

Hey well I just got a wii and some games along with
it. I am almost sure that the wii has an internet function
but I can get on it. When I run the connection scan i says there
Is no connection available. If anyone has a wii console and
has had this problem please tell me how you solved it because I've
called the Nintendo customer service and they don't even know.

make sure first of all that all wires/cables are inserted all the way i know that might seem lame but you'd be surprised how many times a loose wire or cable was the problem. 2ndly if Nintendo customer service doesn't know how that is confusing i agree.
