What do you look for in a partner?

One major consideration for me is "conversation" I need to be able to relate to someone. We don't have to have the same interests, we just need to be in the same wavelength.. meaning We need to be able to sustain long talks on almost anything under the sun. What about you?

I look for SUBSTANCE and FORM. I want somebody who has a well-rounded personality. He has to be physically attractive, too. Ooppss, disregard the photo.
