I think we can all enjoy laughing at life's foibles, especially when they happen to others and make us feel better about our own - right? Well, let me bring you back to New Jersey for this one. I don't think I'd want it known I was working on this assignment, do you? http://www.phillyburbs.com/pb-dyn/news/84-11282008-1628952.html Most police in most towns that i'm aware of have the phone number to either the owners or managers of the various businesses in town. I have to wonder if, during this entire "standoff", they ever called them once. Didn't anyone think it odd that the "person" never moved once inch? I think now we know why people try to get away with it in car pool lanes!!! LOL

Yeah, I know. I think this was in the local newsletter I get. Even Deb knew about it - she was telling me when we met at the grocery store to cash my check, asked me if I'd heard about it. How dumb do they feel right now, you know??

LMAO...now that is funny!!! But its good that they did it tho, imagine if it were actually someone in there robbing the bank, then they would have been in some real trouble had they thought it was a cardboard cutout. But that is fuuny!

I know - I can only imagine how people are responding to them now during traffic stops and all - maybe carrying a cardboard cutout that they can stick in the window for when the cop walks up to the car, etc.!!! LOL This is going to take a long time to live down - especially in New Jersey where we tend not to hold our tongues!!!

Can you imagine being the swat members going in there? You know that their adrenaline is racing and they have the thought that they might die, and then the find cardboard?- that's either relief or anger! Lol. At any rate, it's still funny.
