Do you like any songs in a foreign language?

I like many songs in foreign languages. I often listen to music from around the world, and I find it very interesting. If I discover a great song in another language I sometimes sing along...even though I don't know what I am singing ;-) When I am writing I prefer listening to foreign music. If a band is singing in my own language or in English I can't helping listening to the words and I get distracted so music in another language works better for me. I find music in foreign languages in many ways. Sometimes my friends from other countríes recommend a band or a singer and sometimes I just use the search function in Youtube or a similar site.

Hi ThePaintGuru. Me too like some foreign songs. I really don't know what the words mean but I like the melody and the voice of the singer. I think that music have an universal language so no matter in which language it is, if the song is good we will like it. Have a nice day.
