How many time you use for sports?

I only use about 90 minutes, when sport lesson, I know it isn't enough yet, but I mmm
may be I just lazy to do it :) how about you

90 mintues is a good chunk of time. My question to you is how often do you practice?
For me I was practicing and playing hockey 5 times a week for 90 minutes each. If you want to succeed even though your doing a lot of time on one thing it's key to be persistent in practiciing. Practice makes perfect and quality over quantity . So say you do 30 minutes 4 times a week practicing on specific skills will be actually better for you and give you a good work out 4 times out of the week :)

It depends on how better you want to become at the sport. :) Do it however many times you feel comfortable with doing it. Best of luck :) What sport is it?

I spend between three and six hours a week with sports. I bowl on one league every Thursday and I sometimes bowl on the league right before mine as a substitute bowler. That's enough sports for me! My poor back and arms won't take much more than that

I have seventy minutes of sports everyday at school (twice on Mondays) because of my PAL course (an intense Phys. Ed.) and an hour of tennis five nights a week. So I usually get about two hours of exercise a day. ^_^
I enjoy sports a lot; they always improve my mood and it doesn't feel like a normal day unless I participate in some sort of activity. I hate that PAL is ending soon! =(
