As all of u knows,either fast walk or slow walk does good to muscles of human.so people walk to build up there body, or lose to weight .but some of us know that taking walking everyday is also good for protecting our man's heart

walking is good for ppl who r old... because its a relaxed excersise... young ppl though they walk a long distance wont find a big difference.. for de youngsters its better they do jogging or running rather than walking. of course walking does wonders for ppl to fight against diabetics, obesity , bp etc.,

yes its a good and relaxed exercise but its is also the point in which ur walking distance makes varies.yes whtever u said its obviously proved tht walking does wonders for ppl to fght agntst diabetics,etc and also doctor recomds fory every 10 min walks in the morng makes miracles in our body muscles.this is not only for oldmen but to the youngsters.happy mylottng

Walking is good for people, its good for your heart, your mind, your lungs, etc....

walking is the exercise in which u can relaxation and the the persons who is affecting from diabetics,obesity etc proved miracles to reduce their fat and their pressure.its just a good xercise for old persons.its not only protecting man's heart it will protect all persons heart tooooooooooo!!!happy mylottng

Ya I agree! Walking of 1-2 hour daily spacially in morning is very good cardio excersie. Its works very good for who want to loose there weight but they not enjoy heavy excersie.
Every organ of our body needs some physical work daily but in todays strick work shedule all of us are work work and work so walking takes very little time to make us stress out from our daily work and keep us refersh for next day.

yes walking is good for health. one must do walk after dinner at least 1/2 hour for good heart and health.
