Hello! Mylotters! Anyone can help me on how to trim my tummy and banish a big bum? Any suggestions what to eat and what easy exercise to do? Its my new years resolution. thank you in advance.

i agree with you, there are people that are beautiful and sexy even though they are not sexy as a model. i call those extra fats as "baby fats" and they look attractive to me that even my colleague agree with me. :)

Eat 6-7 small healthy meals a day, this will raise your matabalism, Avoid anything white. Also, drink plenty of water and do a Stretch and run in the morning and a Body vs Body weight workout meaning say 20x pushups 2x sets 30x crunches 3x sets 10 pull ups 2x sets. Make sense. If you need anything else just ask.
