True addiction, one of my many reasons I'm not a vegetarian -- Gravy.

Gravy is one of those things that I just can't live without! Thanksgiving always leaves many leftovers to choose from.. but one I will never tire of is gravy.
Turkey gravy, chicken gravy, pork gravy, beef gravy... Basically any meat gravy tastes so amazing.. How can anyone be a vegetarian? I guess you could have vegetarian gravy that's "flavored" like meat, but it's not the real thing!
(I just finished heating up some leftover turkey gravy and ate it with some bread... Yummy!)
Who else is addicted??

I also love gravy. But I am a vegetarian. There is other gravy out there like mushroom gravy, and plenty of powdered gravies that dont actually contain any beef or chicken (or turkey). But mushroom gravy is my favourite because it goes with everything.

Hmm. I don't know how you do it.
I wish I could be a vegetarian though!!! I love the taste of meat, but when I think too much about it, I kind of get grossed out. Haha. And if I did stop eating meat I would definitely starve. Oh well..
I'm super happy that there are non-meat gravies, but I could never give up turkey/chicken/any meat gravy. :P

There are plenty of vegetarian gravies available. I don't think the point of vegetarian gravy is to taste like meat, however. It's an accompaniment, just like meat gravy is.
I usually use a vegetarian stock and use the water from whatever vegetables I've boiled to flavour the vegetables more. I always hated meat gravy when I wasn't vegetarian, it always seemed to be too thick and lumpy for my liking.

Haha.. Whatever works, I guess.. I just really love the flavor of meat.
