the best cook of your favorite vegetable..

one of my favorite vegetables is eggplant and the best cook for that is either barbecue or just fried with margarine. with that is fried rice and egg. wow you should try that its very simple and yet so delicious.

yes i will try it . and my favourite is potato which is fried in onion and adding flavours to it. like salt,chilli powder and masala powder .my recipe is indian style as i am indian.
