i love to eat vegetables especially green leafy vegetables. These are full with nutrients. It helps you to live youthful,fit and fine and also these can provide stunning safeguard against heart disease or any other disease. vegetables are good for make you and your skin healthy. And sometimes i eat some vegetables which is not good in taste but good for health and for good health taste is not an issue. eat healthy live healthy

I think all of the ones listed are good choices. Add cabbage too. Helps lose that belly fat!I have eaten alot of it and it is good to add to soups and to even munch on raw.

according to me these are the most nutritious vegetables and they also taste better 1)Cauliflower --- u can eat this as a raw snack or add it in the soups
2)Sweet potatoes --- it tastes awesome when baked and eaten plain. they can also be used a stir fries
3)Tomatoes --- they are goood in salads, sandwitches etc
4)Carrots --- they are sweet and they are awesome wen they are grated into anykind of the salad. you may even eat them as raw snack

I like a lot of vegetables! My favorites are broccoli, green beans and avocado's. Although avocado's really aren't that good for you, they're high in fat, but they taste great! I eat vegetables because they're good for you and they taste good. I like eating something thats healthy for my body, but it's added bonus that it tastes good!
