Changing Your Ip Aderess Is Secure Or Risky

Dear friends just tell me, Is it really easy for some one to change his Ip-Aderess at its computer network.Many times at internet surfing i found softwares publishing that are offering Hide My Ip, Change My Ip, Block Ip.
What are these topics and are they secure or they will let us engaged to some fraudulent activities with us.
Please let it confirm if these are usefull or not.

My friend although I am not fully confident whether the software is which claim that they will hide your Internet IP or if even the claim that they can change are actually valid or not. One thing I know for certain is that your IP address is very unique and very important. Anson until and unless you were indulged in something illegal I don't see any reason to change it or even to hide it. If your clean when you don't have any fear of your IP being misused in any activity. So I think it is better you do not take any tension about the same and just go on as you are doing before.

Yaa i too not use it any before and just asking about how thats really work? Often people say that they are using the ip hider for the extreme use of internet at their home and offices.
This make me question to ask about it. Just make a note of it.
