The other day jim and i were in the back yard (no time
to capitalize my i's or anything, too much to tell you
and my fingers are just a flying on this keyboard) we
are in the back yard and i see peanut shells on the
grass, and i said to jim, "the squirrels must have
taken them off the fence post," and jim says, "nope, i
ate them." now I am thinking (outloud) I put peanuts
on the fence post for the chippys and you took them
off and ate them?" he says, "no, i had them in my
pocket." I laughed so hard.
We have a chippy and we call him (little hoover) MAN,
he sucks up that birdfood before you can bat an
eyelash...His cheeks are so full that he can hardly
run to hide the stuff. It takes him a minute to unload
and he is right back there hoovering up some more.
I sure hope you have your paper bags...cuz I know I am going to need a couple more...LOL

Yep...little hoover chippy lives in my neighbors basement...I think, because that is the way he goes to unload what he vacuumed out of the birdfeeder....lol

So you put out food to attract the birds so they can wake you up and you can put them in paper bags, or their heads in paper bags, rather. Do you see anything wrong with this picture?

Well, since you put it that way it doesn't sound very smart....lol..the paper bags were for my sister in case she was laughing so hard (and we always do) just incase she hyperventilated she could breathe in the bag...
We have little birds that nest here every year and the babies are always calling for food....
We've had baby robins come sit on our deck railing waiting for food..
We enjoy watching and feeding them every year...
