which one do you prefer? tasty foods or healthy foods?

I like tasty foods than healthy foods. I eat tasty foods more than healthy one but i'll eat healthy foods too because it is concerned with our body and life.If we didn't have a healthy body and a good life we can't eat tasty foods.. lolzz :D ...
So I prefer both type of foods equally.

I prefere tasty food first and see it if is harmfull to health health is more important than taste but generally healthy foods are not often tasty but still are tasty and healthy so i mostly prefere them

I dunno what you're eating and how your tastes run or anything, but all the healthy foods I eat ARE healthy.
There's healthy pizzas (zomg yummm, organic cheese pizza), healthy burgers, and there's semi-healthy fries.
It helps if you can cook yoursef and if you get creative, of course.
I love fruits and vegetables and meats and cheeses and breads...
I like some things with no nutritional value too, like soda, but the key is balance. Non-healthy things are regarded as treats around here.

Hi vandhu,for me usually i will prefer healthy foods like fruits and vegetables but sometimes i will also prefer some tasty food that ere not healthy to our body like french fries or fast food.

i believe that both a healthy diet and a sensible exercise plan are equally important to establishing and maintaining health. Research demonstrates the healthiest way to lose weight is neither through crash diets nor through bursts of exercise. The body likes slow changes in terms of both food and exercise and achieving lasting changes when it comes to weight loss and fitness depends on combining both. I've never been overweight and I'm not likely to experience this because I eat healthy and exercise regularly.

I find that there a lot of healthy foods that are just as tasty as junk food! Mango's as I like to say, are natures candy and avocados are natures junk food! There's also a real challenge and reward in creating super healthy dishes that taste amazing. Don't get me wrong, I'll forever be in love with cheeseburgers, pizza and ice cream, but the guilt that comes with it just isn't worth it for the most part!

Well,I like foods to be tasty and healthy as well.But in due course if you are eating only tasty foods,sure your stomach gets upset one day or other.In that case,just go on taking healthy foods and turn your face against those junk foods.After you are sure about your health condition,then try to take some tasty foods too.After all healthy foods are not always tasty.This is how I manage my diet.

I like both but I like more fruits and vegetables than junk foods. Sometimes my eating habit is influenced by my mood and budget.

Hello vandhu!
For me,the healthy foods is tasty foods,because i really like all the fruits and most vegetables.I prefer to eat fruits only everyday,but i guess my stomach can't stand this.But it's not as if i don't like burgers,pizzas and french fries.I will have them sometimes.Infact,we need these named junk foods now and then,because they are very convenient.

I think I 'll prefer the both kinds two. the tasty food will make feel happy ,although it is not healthy ,but I still like it.and the healthy food ,I still like them, it you culinary arts is good ,I think these food is aslo deliciou.
