Where is CAMP SUKI (Costume Rental Shop)?

Anybody here who knows where exactly Camp Suki is? There are blogs in the internet that it is located along E Rodrigues, but they already moved... Maybe somebody can help me locate its new location? I would appreciate if you include the excat address, any landmarks and telephone numbers if possible... Or anybody who knows a shop where we can rent costumes?
